Jeff repaired my oven and I was very satisfied with his service. He showed up within a few hours of my initial call and quickly diagnosed the problem. He could not immediately complete the repair because he had to order a circuit board. The part arrived and he was able to complete the repair per his original estimate. His initial service call fee was much lower than competitors. Jeff was professional and friendly in all respects. I think since he is an independent repair service he is able to keep his costs lower than others. I would recommend him.

People DO CALL HERE!! He's extremely patience and will answer all questions w/o repeating how he needs to come out and take a look at the unit first kinda attitude. I had a techinician come out three days in a row to tell me that there's a leak in our refrigerator compressor line which this gentleman didn't think so after listening to my issue for 20 mins or so. He gave me couple of suggestions and let me decide what I wanted to do. We were on the phone for 20 mins. and he didn't try to sell me anything!!! Who does that in these days!!! I'm so impressed and definitely I will be calling here for future issues.

A Quality Appliance repair service is amazing! We have used them for all of our appliance repairs in our home, big and small. A leaking washing machine, spinning dryer that did not warm up, refrigerator making funny sounds, and so more repairs were handled fast and honestly. I can always expect them to come out in a timely manner, be evening and even Sundays. All the work is fairly appraised and I am certain that we have never been tricked to pay for work or parts that were not needed to be changed. In the case of our cold, spinning dryer, for example, we were told that the problem was in the vent and not in the machine itself. The technician even helped to clear it and the machine worked fine ever since! The prices are unbeatable and anytime we need anything repaired, we know to call only A-Quality Appliance!
